Your Role as a Speech Therapist: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for patients. Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback. Document patient performance and track progress effectively. Celebrate the achievements of patients as they overcome challenges. Qualifications: Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Preferred: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
