This is an in-office role for a professional with 1-3 years of experience managing and estimating projects within the commercial construction industry. Qualifications & Experience:1-3 years of experience in relevant project types (see below). Strong background in interior tape & float, fire taping through Level 5 finish, interior/exterior paint and coatings, and vinyl wall covering. Experience in commercial drywall/metal framing is a plus but not required. Software Proficiency:Required: Procore Project Management Tools Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Preferred: Quick Bid On-Screen Takeoff Project Types & Scope:Project values: $50K - $250K (Paint & Coatings Scope) Project types: Tenant finish-outs & ground-up construction Interior tenant finish-outs Schools (Private, Public, Higher Education) EMS facilities Industrial (Office/Warehouse complexes) Big Box Retail Medical Clinics Compensation:$85,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and relevant project experience.
