You Are: An Enterprise Solutions Architect with extensive experience in engaging prospective clients on Oracle EPM (Hyperion) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM platforms, covering on-premises deployments, cloud transformations, and managed services. You possess a strong presales mindset, the ability to simplify complex architectures, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. The Work: In this role, you will become a value architect across a range of presales opportunities, from small engagements to large, multi-faceted Oracle managed-services deals. You will shape solutions in the following areas: Oracle Hyperion EPM (Planning, HFM, DRM/Data Relationship Management) Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM Hybrid and migration scenarios between on-premises and cloud, including OCI Your role will involve creating solution architectures based on deep technology, delivery, and managed-services experience, while co-creating solutions directly with clients. Your expertise will be vital in shaping client strategies, scoping technical elements, defining integration models, and assessing risks across various teams. As the Lead Solution Architect for Oracle Hyperion & Oracle Fusion Managed Services, you will: Direct the design, implementation, and migration scope for on-prem Hyperion and Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM implementations, along with migrations from on-prem to Fusion Cloud/OCI during the presales cycle. Define comprehensive solution blueprints addressing planning, financial closing, reporting, ERP integration, data flows, environment strategy, and operational models. Architect scalable, secure, and resilient managed-services offerings across EPM and ERP ecosystems. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Technical Architecture, you will: Serve as the primary SME for Hyperion and Fusion Cloud technical architectures, integrations (OIC/REST, EPM Automate), identity/security measures, and deployment patterns. Provide authoritative guidance on best practices regarding availability, performance, disaster recovery/business continuity plans, automation, and operational governance. In representing the solution to senior client and internal leaders, you will: Engage with senior client decision-makers, CIO organizations, and business/finance stakeholders to connect solution value with business objectives. Present the architecture in client discussions, solution deep dives, and during commercial negotiations. Ensure alignment with Operating Group leadership and the sales team. For driving internal approvals and managing risk governance, you will: Lead the Technology Delivery sign-off process ensuring full alignment on solution scope, risks, assumptions, delivery models, service level agreements, and financials. Collaborate with Legal and Commercial teams to safeguard solution standards, compliance, and the firm's interests. In collaboration across sales, delivery, and SMEs, you will: Work closely with presales teams, sales executives, pricing teams, security architects, and delivery leads to confirm feasibility and shape the optimal delivery model. Contribute insights for Terms & Conditions; when necessary, take responsibility for specific contractual elements. Participate in the early stabilization of newly won deals as needed to ensure a smooth transition to delivery. Here's what you need: Minimum 8 years in a technology environment with strong exposure to outsourcing and/or systems integration models. Minimum 5 years of experience in solution planning, deal shaping, or presales architecture. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM technical implementation, administration, or architecture. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience). If you have an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required. Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors including but not limited to your specific role, skill set, and experience level.
