As a versatile Salesforce Solutions Manager, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across multiple Salesforce applications. Your role will involve providing exceptional consulting services to clients, assessing their unique needs, implementing tailored software solutions, and offering training and support for effective use of Salesforce applications. Your diverse knowledge will help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve their objectives successfully. In this leadership role, you will motivate, guide, and inspire team members to deliver top-quality outcomes. You are responsible for nurturing talent, managing performance, and coaching your team. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of PwC. Key Responsibilities Include: Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions. Taking ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Collaborating with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables. Encouraging personal and team growth by developing skills outside of comfort zones. Mentoring junior staff and utilizing reviews to deepen their expertise. Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders. Upholding professional and technical standards as well as the firm’s code of conduct. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master's Degree. Preferred Fields of Study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems. Certification(s) Preferred: Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated understanding of client business issues and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions for large organizations. Proven experience in improving performance in various business units like Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT. Ability to solve challenges related to CRM technology implementations. Experience in delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and creating applications to meet client needs. Team leadership experience, fostering trust and promoting diverse perspectives for innovation. Excellent communication skills to effectively mentor and guide others. For roles in Pharma & Life Sciences, prior experience in the industry is preferred. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and adapt in both functional and technical areas. Skills in business development, client relations, and software configuration, particularly with Salesforce.com and Veeva, will be advantageous. The salary for this position ranges from $99,000 - $232,000 based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual bonus.
