In this impactful role, you will develop and execute creative fundraising strategies, cultivate strong relationships with donors, and manage successful fundraising events and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in nonprofit fundraising, with at least 2-3 years of experience and a proven track record of generating substantial annual revenue. The LFE will also play a vital role in project and team management, demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities. A deep respect for and understanding of military service is essential, along with the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking prowess, strong writing abilities, and proficiency in various technologies, are required.
