Maintenance Technician (HVAC Experience)

Job Full Description We're hiring several Apartment Maintenance Tech with HVAC experience for several properties in Nashville. Handling day-to-day repairs, unit make-readies, and resident work orders. What You'll Do Complete make-ready repairs for vacant units (painting, patching, fixture replacement, etc.) Respond to resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC) Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC issues (certification preferred but not required) Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Document work performed and escalate major issues when needed What You Bring 2+ year of apartment or property maintenance experience HVAC experience (EPA Certification a plus, not required) Strong skills in general repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, etc. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Own basic tools and ability to lift/move 50-75 lbs Additional Benefit One property offers paid HVAC certification training - once hired on permanently, you'll be enrolled in HVAC school to become EPA certified Nashville (North), TN 2552 2286 Rosa L Parks Boulevard Nashville, TN 37228
