As a Talent Development Consulting Lead, you are a seasoned talent strategist and consultant, skilled at spearheading workforce transformation initiatives across various talent functions. Your extensive expertise enables you to design creative solutions that help organizations thrive in today’s evolving landscape. With a strong commitment to building future-ready workforces, you blend strategic thinking with digital proficiency and practical skills in every client engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing comprehensive talent transformation strategies tailored for clients across diverse industries. Assisting clients in crafting and deploying robust talent strategies that encompass hiring, learning, mobility, and employee retention. Integrating human-centric methodologies with AI, machine learning, and cutting-edge technologies into talent management solutions. Creating innovative skilling frameworks to bridge workforce capability gaps and meet future demands. Enhancing employee experiences by integrating people, technology, and organizational culture. Leading change initiatives that enable organizations to successfully adopt and sustain talent innovations. Supporting business development through proposal crafting, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our practice's capabilities. Driving internal projects such as market research, thought leadership, and skill enhancement initiatives. Willingness to travel as required. To excel in this role, you should have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated Talent functions. At least 3 years of consulting experience. A minimum of 2 years in one of the following sectors: Banking, Consumer Goods & Services, or Utilities. Bonus qualifications include: Staying updated with AI capabilities and toolsets relevant to Talent functions. At least 5 years of experience in 3 or more areas such as Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Driven Talent Practices, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, or Technology Talent Development. Familiarity with key Human Capital Management Systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle. An understanding of the design, development, and administration of HR processes. Compensation varies based on several factors including location, role, skill set, and experience levels.
