POSITION SUMMARY This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build meaningful customer relationships. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in the construction industry. What You'll Do Learn how to identify and connect with potential customers through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building Communicate with customers and prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Participate in product and service demonstrations with guidance from experienced team members Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale Keep accurate records of sales activity, calls, and customer interactions in our CRM system Support sales forecasting and territory planning activities Complete daily sales training and participate in weekly in-office sales meetings Assist with processing purchase and sales invoices Gain exposure to construction industry products, services, and delivery models over time Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn Motivation to meet goals and grow in a sales career Organized, detail-oriented approach with good follow-through Comfort using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems-training provided) Ability to remain professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Team-focused mindset with a competitive drive to succeed Physical Requirements Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer Position may require travel: Up to 25% Requires ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred but not required 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience is helpful, but we're open to motivated early-career candidates Construction industry experience not required-we'll teach you Why Join Us?
