The Opportunity As a Director in the Oracle Lead Revenue team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through technical implementations and support of Oracle application-packaged solutions aimed at enhancing business processes. Your strategic oversight will influence business development efforts, decision-making, and management of multiple projects while maintaining senior-level client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Setting strategic direction for Oracle application-packaged solutions. Leading business development and proposal initiatives. Overseeing multiple projects and nurturing senior client relationships. Crafting market-differentiated Oracle solutions. Delivering Oracle Utilities Meter to Cash Billing Applications. Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Driving impactful decision-making processes. Mentoring and training future leaders. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart Proven track record in delivering large, complex Oracle initiatives. Experience in steering teams to articulate vision and establish clear objectives. Successful history of selling and executing intricate engagements. Demonstrated ability in delivering Oracle Utilities Meter to Cash Billing Applications. Expertise in developing innovative Oracle solutions that stand out in the market. Technical implementation guidance for Oracle solutions. Leading teams towards continuous improvement and innovation. Strong proficiency in managing technical development projects. Building and sustaining meaningful client relationships. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
