About the Role: Crowe is in search of a dynamic and passionate leader to oversee our clients' ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) implementations. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and management skills to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, project scoping, leading proof of concepts, and preparing Statements of Work (SOW). Advise clients on optimizing ServiceNow to enhance their enterprise security strategies. Lead project implementation and architectural design, collaborating closely with Engagement Leads, Solution Architects, and development teams to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate project kick-off meetings, client status updates, and manage project timelines effectively. Guide developers on ServiceNow configurations and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all project deliverables. Design and provide comprehensive training for end users. Identify and expand client opportunities to enhance business value through ServiceNow solutions. Desired Skills: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience At least 3 years of experience successfully delivering ServiceNow implementations focused on SecOps. Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator. Proficient in running security programs on the ServiceNow platform. Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience offering consulting to senior organizational leaders in both technical and business contexts. Ability to work independently as well as with diverse teams. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of juggling multiple projects effectively. Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of project planning and management methodologies and tools.
