Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Med/Surg patient care, including assessments, treatments, and documentation using EPIC charting system. Monitor and manage cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical patients, including initiation and titration of IV drips such as Heparin and Insulin. Perform post-procedure care, including neuro assessments, dysphagia screening, and indwelling drain management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
