In this critical role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding the company's awareness and consideration marketing capabilities, particularly through paid social media and streaming/connected TV advertising. This position is crucial as the company adopts a more integrated, digital-first, and customer-focused approach. You will lead substantial growth in these channels, establish effective measurement frameworks, and demonstrate their impact on business outcomes. An important part of your role will be to educate the organization on the significance of mid-funnel marketing, shifting the focus beyond direct response. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of digital marketing expertise, with at least 5 years dedicated to managing paid social and streaming/CTV campaigns. A proven track record in working with complex, considered-purchase categories is essential, with preferred experience in financial services, insurance, or other industries where trust is paramount. We seek a leader with a solid foundation in mid-funnel measurement, exceptional team management, and strong collaborative abilities across functions.
