Title: Restaurant Operations Manager Reports to: Area Coach Supervises: Restaurant Team Members/Shift Leads FLSA: Exempt Department: Operations Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000 Position Mission: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality products and service standards. You will create an engaging dining experience for customers while maintaining premier cleanliness and professionalism, both for yourself and your team. Key Responsibilities: Exhibit a polished and professional appearance, setting an example for all employees. Proactively engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate the work of team members efficiently, ensuring a harmonious work environment. Delegate tasks effectively to appropriate staff members to optimize team performance. Provide clear instructions and empower team members with the authority to perform their roles effectively. Dive into hands-on leadership by actively demonstrating best practices in daily operations. Uphold principled leadership and strong business ethics, advocating for what is right. Identify operational issues swiftly; develop and implement effective solutions to maintain restaurant flow and customer satisfaction. Focus the team on critical business objectives, planning and organizing tasks for peak operational efficiency. Ensure team members are knowledgeable in using business tools to facilitate operations. Analyze financial data accurately, spot trends, and take action to meet sales goals and margin targets. Understand key business drivers to leverage sales and achieve financial success. Master all technical aspects of food preparation, production, and service delivery. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant equipment troubleshooting. Maintain expert knowledge of all company product standards. Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Experience in a supervisory role within a food service or retail setting. Proven ability to enforce financial controls while coaching and training hourly employees. Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Other Attributes: Self-starter with a focus on process improvement and solutions. Enthusiastic advocate for the company's mission and core values. Action-oriented and results-driven.
