Position - Maintenance Technician Job Location - Clintonville, WI Starting Date - ASAP Employment Term - Temp to Hire Employment Type - Full Time Work Hours (Shift) - 12-hour day shift Starting Pay - $24 - $38 Based on experience Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - Preferred - Certificate or Tech Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Required Experience - 3(+) year Background Profile: Experience installing and setting up industrial machinery Skilled at performing machine upgrades and modifications Proficient in preventive and routine maintenance Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience performing maintenance on equipment and throughout the facility Capable of safely and effectively using a wide range of hand and power tools Consistently follows all safety procedures, including LOTO and facility protocols Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving mindset Able to read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently How to Apply: ??
