RPA Developer (W2 Only)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated RPA Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath and an overall professional background of at least 6 years. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and client-facing skills to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions that automate business processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in all phases of RPA project lifecycle: planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and support. Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable UiPath automation solutions aligned with business requirements. Design conceptual and technical architecture for RPA solutions. Translate business requirements and process logic into functional automation workflows. Configure and debug UiPath processes; conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and drive automation design. Perform process modeling using UiPath Studio, including SAP process automations. Implement object cloning methods and automation on browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Read and interpret log files for errors, perform debugging, and optimize workflows. Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA and suggest improvements to existing processes. Follow Agile methodologies and participate in scrum ceremonies. Technical Skills & Competencies: Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in UiPath RPA. Strong knowledge of UiPath design principles, core workflow concepts, and best practices. Experience in SAP process automation using UiPath Studio. Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and implementation practices. Hands-on experience with log analysis, error handling, and process optimization. bility to interpret and document business processes and convert them into automation logic. Proficiency with browsers automation including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Strong experience in client/stakeholder management. Managerial & Soft Skills: Demonstrated success as a self-starter with strong ownership. bility to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using a structured approach. Experience with effort estimation, project planning, and quality assurance. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional (UiADP) - Mandatory ITIL Certification - Preferred
