We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to contribute to our clients' IT modernization efforts. Remote position available to residents in AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MS, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, DC, WV. Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Your Responsibilities: Plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and review customizations for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Power Automate Flows, Power Pages implementations, and Power BI reports based on business requirements. Enhance a cloud strategy aligned with client needs and agile methodologies. Collaborate with technical leads to clarify business requirements, estimate development efforts, and finalize work plans. Work closely with the Quality Assurance Team on testing, reporting, resolution, and change management. Understand and implement security controls throughout the software development process, including web roles, security groups, and security roles. Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Enterprise Service Bus, Azure API Service Management, Power BI, and Power Pages. Engage in daily project activities, including scrum events, technical discussions, and other ad hoc meetings. Your Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. Possession of a minimum Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance. 5-10 years of professional experience, including 5-7 years in software engineering and familiarity with Agile frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps (including Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI). Experience integrating Microsoft SharePoint Online with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Functions. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and Microsoft Liquid. Experience in establishing, configuring, and troubleshooting APIs. Expertise in developing, configuring, and troubleshooting workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Knowledge of different authentication protocols (Oauth, OpenID, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodology tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Experience with GitHub/GitLab for version control, collaboration, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Education & Certification Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems is preferred, though relevant work experience may substitute. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM), Finance and Operations (ERP), or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMB). Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification is a plus but not mandatory. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certifications are also preferred but not required.
