Your Role: As an Oracle Record to Report Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their record to report processes. You will leverage your analytical skills and creativity to define business requirements and implement effective Oracle solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor teams, and work hands-on in configuring Oracle systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead design workshops with stakeholders to assess their Record to Report (R2R) requirements and propose effective solutions. Guide clients through advanced Record to Report processes to facilitate their Oracle transformation Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them while aligning with client needs. Create prototypes to demonstrate various design options to stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams, client stakeholders, and delivery leads to craft outstanding Oracle Cloud R2R solutions. Manage and mentor a project team through all phases of solution deployment, ensuring integration and alignment with Oracle methodologies. Organize tasks, track deliverables, and report project progress. Build trust with clients, teammates, and management to ensure successful project delivery. Pursue continuous learning to aid in business development and client engagement efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle innovation to provide optimal solutions to clients. Expect to travel for this role, with travel requirements varying based on client needs. Qualifications Required: At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management, specifically in General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub. A minimum of 5 years in a functional advisory or consulting role focused on Oracle Cloud transformation projects. 5 years of experience in complete Record to Report business processes. Experience with at least one full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if an Associate degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required. At least one Oracle Cloud certification is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cross-functional Oracle Cloud products. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Proven ability to manage and deliver successful projects. History of establishing trust with clients to drive effective business process design and testing. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, and experience. Location-specific annual salary ranges include: California ($94,400 to $266,300), Cleveland ($87,400 to $213,000), Colorado ($94,400 to $230,000), District of Columbia ($100,500 to $245,000), Illinois ($87,400 to $230,000), Maryland ($94,400 to $230,000), Massachusetts ($94,400 to $245,000), Minnesota ($94,400 to $230,000), New York ($87,400 to $266,300), New Jersey ($100,500 to $266,300), and Washington ($100,500 to $245,000).
