Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an Oracle Cloud FIN Technical Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal for guiding technical initiatives and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' needs. What You'll Do: Provide technical oversight for estimates created using standardized tools, aligning with portfolio work breakdown structures and industry-standard techniques. Leverage in-depth portfolio knowledge to support client engagements, driving profitable growth through effective solution alignment. Act as a technical liaison with clients, proactively identifying business opportunities and ensuring positive financial outcomes for projects. Design robust solutions that meet client requirements, offering advice on IBM offerings, strategies, design approaches, and alternatives. Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and assist in drafting change orders. Contribute to project planning and the development of work breakdown structures. Develop and refine solution design models using industry-standard languages and the IBM toolset. Collaborate with client technical teams during the requirements definition and implementation phases to address challenges effectively. Maintain regular reports on implementation status, changes to risks, estimates, and schedules. Engage in solution proposal assistance, design reviews, risk analyses, and client presentations. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise 4-8+ years of consulting experience in implementing Oracle FIN across diverse clients and solution offerings. Hands-on experience with FIN Cloud in configuring GL, AR, AP, CM, and Expenses. Proficient in demonstrating Oracle templates to clients. Strong experience with FIN Extracts and BI Reports. Proficient in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules, utilizing both FSM and BPM. Experience in creating custom roles and auto-provisioning rules. Knowledge in building application extensions using VBCS. Familiarity with SSO configurations with various IDP providers. Adept at managing client expectations and relationships while driving high customer satisfaction. Experience in leading a team, ensuring their training, development, performance, and career growth.
