Required Skills: Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT certification First-time applicants accepted with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience Current BLS, CRT, NRP, LA State License Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays Night shift availability: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 06:30) Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and neuro diagnostic techniques Nice to Have Skills: NICU experience preferred Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS Experience with travel reimbursements and additional reimbursements for licensure or certifications Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience Prior exposure to neuro diagnostics and NICU environments Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Other Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare setting Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and responsibilities This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $52.26 and benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave compliant with applicable laws, and a robust referral bonus program.
