We are looking for therapists that are available weekdays. As a home health physical therapist, you'll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, LNAs, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Social Workers, and administrative staff , providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Case load territory is assigned after orientation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy 2+ years of general PT experience preferred, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance Home health experience preferred, but not required, we can train the right person!
