This role demands a proactive approach to tracking program performance, synthesizing data into actionable insights for executive decision-making, and advancing our data infrastructure for improved operational efficiency. Your work will be foundational in guiding strategic decisions and scaling the Services division with precision and insight.Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain performance dashboards for acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.Develop KPIs and scorecards for real-time visibility into business performance.Analyze program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.Synthesize data into actionable insights for C-level executives.Build and scale automated reporting pipelines and ensure data integrity. Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proven experience in analytics within growth, marketing, or operations. Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in a high-growth, platform/marketplace, or RevOps environment.Bachelor's or master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field is preferred.
