This is a great position for individuals who enjoy working with the community and want a consistent, rewarding schedule.Responsibilities:Safely operate a school bus in compliance with state and federal regulations.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain order and safety among passengers during transport.Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed.Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly.Qualifications:Valid Maryland CDL Class B with Passenger (P), School Bus (S) and Air Brake endorsements.Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.Clean driving record with a strong safety history.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Reliability and punctuality are essential.Schedule:Part-time or full-time positions availableSplit shifts (morning and afternoon routes, with possible mid-days)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly payOpportunities for charter work and overtimeFriendly and supportive work environmentHow to Apply: Apply online or contact our office at (410) 929-8007 for more information.
