Senior Roadway and Bridge Construction Engineer

As a Senior Roadway and Bridge Construction Engineer, you will lead the charge on large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways and mass transit systems. We are looking for an innovative engineer to ensure our designs not only meet client expectations but also comply with all necessary regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop high complexity engineering designs for transportation projects. Review and sign off on draft designs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Perform site inspections and reviews to ensure design specifications are met. Stay current on design standards such as AASHTO and NACTO. Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals in response to RFPs. Attend industry conferences and symposia to enhance the visibility of our firm. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their growth within the organization. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, Structural Engineering or related field. Professional Engineering (PE) license. 10 years of relevant engineering experience. Domestic and international travel may be required, approximately 20% of the time. Equivalent additional experience may substitute for a degree. Compensation: Pay Range Minimum: $100,214 Pay Range Maximum: $175,365 All bonuses are discretionary. Driver's License Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
