THE OPPORTUNITY Chipotle is expanding rapidly—we're opening a new restaurant nearly every day! We are looking for ambitious leaders to join us as Apprentices, who are eager to grow into General Managers. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, gaining valuable experience in running a successful business, hiring and training team members, and providing an unrivaled guest experience. Physical demands include standing and walking for up to 10 hours, lifting items weighing up to 50lbs/25kgs, and maintaining a strong communication flow with both staff and patrons. PAY TRANSPARENCY The estimated pay range for this role is $18.95-$21.09. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly bonuses dependent on performance.
