Duties and Responsibilities Provide support for actuarial analysis and financial modeling. Prepare comprehensive OPEB Reports. Conduct evaluations of actuarial programs and recommend improvements. Analyze and interpret federal and state laws and regulations. Assess best practices and deliver technical assistance to clients. Manage small projects, staff, and tasks with minimal supervision while consistently exceeding performance expectations. Facilitate client discussions and foster collaboration. Oversee daily project functions and maintain effective client interactions. Support proposal writing teams in responding to actuarial service requests. Prepare written reports and materials tailored for clients. Required Skills Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Proficiency in researching and interpreting policy, legal briefs, and regulations. Ability to work independently and consistently achieve superior results. Effective collaboration skills to work with all project team members. Outstanding oral and written presentation abilities. Proven initiative in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing client relations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10 years); graduate degree preferred. ASA or FSA credentials with OPEB and retiree experience required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Working Conditions Remote work environment. Some travel may be required. Compensation: Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies based on factors including, but not limited to, office location, role, skills, and experience level. As required by applicable law, PCG outlines a reasonable range of compensation for this position: $78,300-$121,800.
