Data Entry Specialist (Contract - 3-4 Weeks) Onsite in Mentor, OH | $22/hour | Potential to Go Remote After Training Staffing Solutions is seeking Data Entry Specialists to support a high?volume documentation project. Initial training will be onsite in Mentor, OH for the first 1-2 weeks; remote work may be possible afterward. Equipment will be provided if working remotely. Location: Mentor, OH Pay: $22/hour Length: 3-4 weeks (project?dependent) Interview Process: 1 Teams interview Start: Anticipated for Feb 9 or Feb 12 (interviewing now) Position Overview This project involves transcribing data provided by field partners into Excel and referencing an internal SOP guide to determine solutions for each line item. This requires exceptional accuracy, speed, and the ability to differentiate part numbers.Responsibilities Enter and transcribe alpha?numeric data into Excel with a high degree of accuracy. Reference internal SOP documentation to determine appropriate solutions for each entry. Maintain strong attention to detail while working quickly to meet project timelines. Communicate promptly and professionally when questions arise. Adapt quickly to workflow changes as the project progresses. Requirements 2+ years of high?volume data entry experience (minimum 5,000 keystrokes with low error rate). Proficient Excel skills. Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions. Ability to differentiate detailed part numbers. Fast learner who can keep up with a high?speed project timeline. Background check required.
