Scrum Master /RTE (ERP/Supply Chain)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain Planning and ERP/boundary system integrations. The Scrum Master will enable high-performing teams by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics. This role partners closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and value realization.Key Responsibilities (High Necessity)Serve as the chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting 8-12 Agile teamsPlan and facilitate core SAFe program events:PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demos, Inspect & AdaptDrive PI execution, improving predictability, delivery flow, and end-to-end transparencyIdentify, manage, and remove cross-team dependencies, risks, and impedimentsCoach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders to strengthen SAFe ways of workingProvide clear program-level metrics, insights, and executive-ready reportingPartner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to align priorities and executionWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
