Production Worker II (Machine Monitor) Starting at 16.00 per hour with shift Differential 8-Hour Shifts We are seeking a Production Worker II to join our blow molding team on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for monitoring blow molding machines, recording production data, assisting with material and color changes, clearing jams, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor machines and auxiliary equipment (hoppers, grinders, belts, etc.) Record production data and report issues Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Assist with assembly, testing, packaging, and rework Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S standards) Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 6-12 months manufacturing experience preferred Lock-Out/Tag-Out certification required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical Requirements: Ability to stand 8-12 hours on concrete Lift up to 50 lbs Tolerate repetitive motion and varying temperatures Apply today to join our production team!
