Join our dynamic Human Resources Organizational Development team for a comprehensive 10-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across various Talent Management focuses. This internship will offer rotational experience across HR projects such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Teammate Experience, and more! Responsibilities You Will . . .Talent Acquisition Learn about the talent acquisition lifecycle, including the importance of job postings, sourcing talent, tracking candidates, and enhancing recruitment funnel dashboards in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) Assist in developing training materials in support of our Talent Acquisition Academy series for local recruiters and hiring managers Contribute to job analysis efforts to hone job descriptions and calibrate talent assessment tools Talent Management: Assist Talent Review initiatives by supporting high-potential identification and resourcing for leadership growth Contribute to evolving Individual Growth Plans with customized insights on strengths and development needs Support the consolidation of talent data, organizing various data inputs, and assisting in analyses to produce insights for the business Teammate Experience: Enhance reporting capabilities of the annual Employee Engagement Survey to amplify learnings and reinforce feedback loops for action Contribute to additional Employee Listening methods, enabling a voice for teammates across various talent milestones and synthesizing inputs to produce key takeaways Projects and activities may also include collaboration across other HR departments such as Corporate HR, HRIS, Benefits Administration, and/or Learning and Development The Benefits... Onsite at our corporate office located at 2170 Piedmont Rd. Atlanta, GA 30328 Duration: 10 weeks (May-July) Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Why Rollins?
