IT Business Systems Analyst II

Job Description The Application Development team is looking for a Business Analyst to work on several projects for xref creation, Animal Care, Asset Management. This position will work on documenting the business requirements, creating proposals and collaborating with partner departments on various projects. This position will also work closely with the IT Supervisor and Manager throughout the project lifecycle and will be called upon to perform project management duties. Typical Duties Requirements Gathering Process Modeling / Diagramming Workflows Requirements Analysis Ensure consistency As-is / To-be Change Management UI/UX prototypes Use Case development User Guides Project Proposals Project Schedules Working closely with developers Job Skills Excellent communication both written and oral Interpersonal communication Meeting Facilitation Detail Oriented Expertise in Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project) Knowledge of M365, Teams, Planners
