Join Our Health System Performance Division ECG's Health System Performance Division leads comprehensive performance improvement and clinical program optimization across the full continuum of care, supporting high-quality care while driving operational and financial results across all care settings. Your Opportunity with ECG: Healthcare Associate, Pharmacy Technician As a healthcare associate at ECG, you'll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape healthcare. Utilizing your knowledge of 340B, pharmacy operations (retail and specialty), and data analysis, you will be a core member of the consulting team assisting with health system performance improvement projects. As part of these projects, you will identify core operational issues, contribute to unique client-based solution assessments, and assist the client/ECG team with implementation of the project initiatives. Not only will you partner with some of the industry's best to achieve your highest goals, but you will also make a real difference in people's lives and grow personally and professionally while doing so. Your Responsibilities May Include Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy leaders in pharmacy-related project work, including 340B optimization, retail and specialty pharmacy workflow design, and systemic process improvement implementations Evaluating health system 340B programs for overall effectiveness, including but not limited to manufacturer restriction strategies, 340B savings maximization, program compliance through audit development/maintenance, and entity-owned/contract pharmacy operational improvement Assisting with data retrieval, validation, and analysis for pharmacy projects Preparing reports, tracking action items, and supporting project timelines Entering and maintaining medication data in analytics tools with a focus on project accuracy and testing Assisting with inventory reviews and operational assessments as part of project efforts Collaborating with pharmacists, analysts, and project managers to support pharmacy operations and transformation initiatives Ensuring all project activities comply with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies Our Expectations of You Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Active 340B ACE certification required PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) or NHA (National Healthcareer Association) certification required 3+ years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy settings, 340B, and/or a supervisory role within a health system Experience supporting pharmacy operations or improvement initiatives Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to support multiple projects and priorities Experience working with EHRs and pharmacy systems, dispensing systems, automation, 340B accumulators, third-party administrators, etc. Strong documentation and communication skills Strong knowledge of Excel and the overall modeling process High-quality analytical and problem-solving skills Superb verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment as well as fully manage your own time and the overall project timeline Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability and willingness to travel as required, with flexibility to meet client needs Job Locations Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, or Washington, DC Hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of two days per week in office when not traveling for a client engagement Schedule Full time/exempt What You Can Expect of Us To reward our driven, innovative, and passionate employees, we've built a company culture that's centered on performance. The estimated base salary range for this job is $90,000 - $125,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; unlimited PTO; and other wellness programs.
