Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Pet health insurance CEU reimbursement 11 Paid Holidays Employee enrichment programs Uniform credits Who You Are You are a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about: Injury prevention and rehabilitation Employee wellness and workplace fitness Fostering strong communication and collaboration What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Medical Provider Duties Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure) Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits) Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings Prevention & Wellness Duties Design and lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention and fitness programs Facilitate group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions Develop and promote wellness initiatives and educational workshops Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success Physical Demands Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Why Join Us?
