A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist skilled in imaging and X-ray technology. This role requires dedication to patient-centered care within a high-volume, multidisciplinary radiology department. The position offers a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, providing a structured workweek with consistent hours. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT-R) required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with Siemens and GE imaging equipment preferred Proficient with EMR systems, particularly EPIC Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Willingness to work approximately 75% of holidays as part of the contract First-time travelers are welcome to apply Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in Emergency, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings Collaborate closely with Radiology Nursing and Transport teams to ensure smooth workflow Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures Adhere to departmental policies, including wearing designated black scrubs Schedule & Work Environment: 10-hour day shifts: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) Weekend rotation and on-call duties will be discussed during the interview process Orientation lasting 3-5 days tailored to specific modalities Free parking available onsite Manager approval required for return-to-office or schedule changes About the Location: This position is based in Salisbury, North Carolina, known for its blend of historical charm and modern amenities.
