Job Description: Full Time CNA Second Shift We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a Full Time CNA on Second Shift, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to the patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Assist with mobility and transfers as needed. Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa. Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and situations. Schedule: This is a Full Time position on Second Shift, with hours to be determined.
