Role Overview The HR Manager will partner with leaders in Albertsons Media Collective and Customer & Commercial Product organizations to deliver HR strategies and programs that support business objectives. This role provides HR support to leaders and teams with associates working across multiple time zones, including the global capability center, and supports these teams to enable talent strategies that drive innovation and growth. Main responsibilities: Develop and implement people and culture strategies, including Inclusion & Belonging, Associate Engagement, Talent Management, Training, Compensation, and Compliance. Provide HR support to the Albertsons Media Collective and Customer & Commercial Product teams, ensuring alignment of talent strategies and workforce plans with business objectives. Execute Center of Excellence (COE) strategies for Talent, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Belonging, and Total Rewards. Participate in business planning to identify skill gaps, resource needs, and organizational design changes. Drive organizational change initiatives, including culture assessments and change management strategies. Manage succession planning, career development, and talent reviews to strengthen leadership pipelines. Support recruitment for key roles, ensuring inclusion and belonging objectives and equitable hiring practices. Champion the Talent Management process by aligning business objectives with talent strategies and ensuring execution of the full talent lifecycle. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices; conduct internal investigations and partner with Legal on compliance matters. Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to deliver training programs and address development needs across global teams. Administer corporate policies, compensation, and benefits plans effectively. Exceptional customer service orientation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight timelines and competing demands. Education & Experience Preferred: Experience working in a marketing or advertising firm or within a retail media organization. Strong background supporting digital product teams and enabling talent strategies for technology-driven environments. Solid understanding of organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning. Familiarity with global employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Exceptional skills in communication, coaching, and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority. 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting, performance management, training, employment law, investigations, compensation, benefits, and change management. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Physical Environment Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal. Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment during normal workday. Workday is extremely fast-paced 24/7 environment; evening and weekend work may be required. Travel 5-10% The position will be based out of the following location(s): Boise, ID. This role is a hybrid working role with the expectation of 4 days of in-office work and 1 day of remote work. This is subject to change due to management expectations.
