Full Stack Java Developer, Local to Boston

Seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with Angular experience, primarily focused on backend support. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work onsite 4 days a week in Boston, Massachusetts, collaborating with a dynamic team on cutting-edge projects in the insurance and financial services industry. An in-person interview is mandatory for this role, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for the right candidate. Responsibilities: -Assist with the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable web applications using Java, Spring, AWS, API development, and Angular -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring business needs are met with efficient solutions. -Develop and optimize backend services using Java/Spring frameworks and integrate them with cloud platforms like AWS. -Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end components with Angular. -Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables. -Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring, and API development. Angular highly preferred -Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions. -Solid understanding of full-stack development, including database integration and front-end design. -Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions effectively. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members. -Willingness to participate in an in-person interview as part of the selection process.
