Behavioral Class Aide - Elk Grove Job Description: Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed and thrive? Ro Health is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to work in schools! This role focuses on providing behavioral support, specifically leveraging Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies and technique, in a school setting, with students ranging from pre-K to high school. Previous work experience in ABA required. Our Behavior Technicians are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide. Registered Behavior Technician training path assistance included: For individuals who are not yet certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician, we will be offering a path and guidance to successfully completing your RBT requirements with a significant pay bump that comes with it.
