We are seeking a Multi Unit General Manager with proven experience leading complex, high volume food service operations across multiple locations or business units. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for concession operations, premium hospitality, and catering programs while maintaining strong client partnerships. The Multi Unit General Manager is accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, and consistent service delivery across all assigned units. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact between Proof of the Pudding and assigned clients or venues, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication • Provide leadership and oversight for day to day operations across multiple locations, accounts, or venues • Design, implement, and optimize operational strategies to maximize efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all units • Oversee all food service operations including premium hospitality suites, general concessions, and daily athlete Training Tables, as applicable • Establish and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple business units • Analyze financial performance, P&L reports, and operational metrics, initiating corrective actions as needed • Communicate financial results, operational updates, and required reporting to Proof of the Pudding Corporate • Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, cost control, and profitability • Set and monitor performance goals for departments, locations, and leadership teams • Lead, coach, and develop senior leaders including General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and department heads • Oversee staffing models and workforce planning across locations, supporting teams of managers and hourly employees • Evaluate performance using data, KPIs, and established expectations while driving accountability • Facilitate regular meetings and maintain open communication with sales, culinary, operations, and support teams • Monitor event schedules, operational readiness, and execution across all units, identifying risks and corrective actions • Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, interview, onboard, and develop talent at all levels • Foster a positive, growth oriented culture while enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards • Maintain an open door approach for employee concerns, ensuring issues are documented, addressed, and escalated appropriately • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and ensure timely evaluations for management and hourly staff • Provide accurate and timely operational and financial reporting • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, agencies, and venue partners • Support new account openings, transitions, and special projects as assigned Responsibilities are not limited to this list Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Hospitality Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Event Coordination, Operations Management, or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Organization Leadership, Management, or related field Demonstrated ability to lead large teams across multiple locations or account Strong executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance Must live near or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta Area. Specialized Qualifications Strong financial and budgeting mindset Proven success building and maintaining positive client relationships Experience scaling operations and driving consistency across multiple business units Work Environment This position breakdown will be around 50% in office work, 50% event attendance. Office work entails computer usage, interdepartmental meetings and communications, talking with hourly staff via email, phone, and in person, and assisting with event preparation as needed. Event attendance includes leading execution teams, and being a managerial presence onsite. Events may be indoors or outdoors. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position may have periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue with bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25 lbs.
