Job Title: Millwright I Location: 535 North Emerald Road, Greenwood, SC Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday (Including weekends and holidays if required) Pay Rate: $11.00 - $17.66 per hour Duration: 9-Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion to Direct Hire) Benefits: Weekly Pay + Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePosition Summary The Mold Bar Operator (Millwright I) is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of mold bars and mold pins in accordance with written procedures and supervisory instructions. This role requires operating various machining and finishing equipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes, riveters, surface finishing machines, and buffering machines to manufacture mold pins and assemble mold bars. Perform washing, assembly, and packaging operations for completed mold bars. Conduct routine machine maintenance, including lubrication and tooling changes. Inspect mold pins and assembled bars using visual inspection, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Repair and straighten mold bars as needed. Ensure product quality and report any machine or quality issues to the Mold Manufacturing Technician Group Leader. Package finished mold bars for shipment to customers. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all written procedures, safety guidelines, and plant policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Schedule & Work Requirements Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays if required. Must be flexible to work additional hours/days based on business needs. On-site attendance is an essential function of this role. Qualifications Experience operating CNC machines or manufacturing equipment preferred. Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and follow written instructions. #TM1
