People Intern (Unpaid Internship)  About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People/HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in human resources and people operations while contributing to a growing organization.  Responsibilities  Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and organizing files  Help onboard new hires, including preparing orientation materials and setting up systems access  Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives  Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements  Assist with performance management, training, and development projects  Provide general administrative support to the People team  Requirements Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace  Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations  Benefits Relevant course credit Practical experience in multiple areas of HR and people operations  Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance  Mentorship and professional development opportunities  A chance to build valuable workplace skills in a collaborative environment  Disclaimer: This internship is an unpaid educational opportunity intended to provide training and experience related to Human Resource Management.
