Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 This is hybrid from day-1 ( Need only local candidates ) Description : Need 10+ years of exp Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation. Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery. Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
