Machine Adjuster or Trainee Machine Adjuster

We are hiring immediately for experienced Machine Adjusters and Trainee Machine Adjusters in our City of Industry, CA manufacturing plant.Experienced Machine Adjuster$25/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium on 2nd & 3rd shifts2 positions are opened on 1st shift 6am -- 2pm (for experienced candidates)Additional positions are opened on 2nd & 3rd shifts5+ years of experience as an Envelope Machine Adjuster is requiredTrainee Machine Adjuster$21/hr or higher depending on relevant experience + shift premium on 2nd & 3rd shiftsPositions are available on 2nd & 3rd shifts for this position4+ years of Intermediate to Advanced hands on mechanical skills required to set up, diagnose/repair production equipment as well as complete changeovers, size changes, etc.Important Notes:Training typically takes place on 1st shift for 2nd & 3rd shift positions1st shift 6am -- 2pm; 2nd shift 2pm -- 10pm; 3rd shift 10pm -- 6am2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 3rd shift premium $1.50/hrThe schedule is Mon-Fri with Saturdays required during busy season/based on business needsBasic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.Flexibility required with machine assignment.The Trainee position is a developmental role that requires the individual to be successfully progressing to a Machine Adjuster position by successfully completing the training The individual's performance will be evaluated to determine progress in and suitability for the role.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance.Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.).Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.Mental alertness to stop equipment when jam occurs.Cenveo is an EEO Employer NA
