IT Programmer Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Hybrid - Houston, TX 77024 Rate: $78/hr Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | On-Call Required Contract Dates: Mar 15 - Sep 30, 2026 Hire Type: Contractor Contract to Hire Experience: 5+ recent ERP Related: Yes Position Overview Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to support a major healthcare system within its ISD Business Solutions and Revenue Cycle environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who enjoys working across Oracle-based systems, integrations, and reporting tools while supporting enterprise ERP initiatives. The Programmer Analyst will perform moderate to complex system analysis , evaluate processes, develop integrations, and present data-driven insights to improve operational effectiveness across HR, ERP, HIM, and Revenue Cycle solutions. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth system analysis, development, and support within Oracle ERP environments Design, build, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and support reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI Create, test, and maintain APIs and services using tools such as Postman and Soap UI Write and optimize SQL queries and SSIS packages to support data movement and reporting Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements Collaborate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Participate in on-call rotation as required Required Technical Skills Must Have: Eclipse, JDeveloper Postman, Soap UI Oracle BI Publisher & OTBI SQL and SSIS packages Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development Nice to Have: Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (FIN), Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM Client Requirements: Current resume Seasonal Flu vaccine & TB Skin Test (no declinations allowed) Local candidate since Hybris role requires some in-office work days.
