Maintenance Technician

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our client's production team. This is a hands-on, onsite role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment and systems across the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records updated Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime Support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production capabilities Perform equipment alignment, instrument calibration, and spare parts management Install new equipment and perform maintenance tasks related to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and fabrication systems Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, spacer gages, multimeters, and oscilloscopes to test and measure voltages, currents, and resistances Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics Follow all safety procedures Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Ability to troubleshoot equipment using PLCs, HMIs, drives, and instrumentation Understanding of 480V, 3-phase systems and plant control systems Knowledge of electronic control systems and combustion furnace equipment Proficiency in reading technical prints and using precision measuring tools Strong computer skills for data entry and maintenance tracking Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Maintenance Technician - 25-00699
