Warehouse Associate- Buildout

Job DescriptionSURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associate (Manufacturing) for a large, well-known client in Lewisville, TX. As an Assembler (Manufacturing), you will be an essential part of our client's core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm $16.00 WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE FOR BUILDOUT This position consists of building products as needed, such as carts, charging stations, etc. These candidates will also perform other duties as needed within the warehouseWarehouse Associate will support our company's warehouse and production operations. You will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products and you will perform various warehouse and production activities. JOB DUTIES• Process, package, and ship orders.• Receive, unlaid, and stage incoming inventory items.• Organize stock and maintain inventory.• Inspect products for defects and damages.• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.• Organize and clean warehouse space.• Check, verify, and fill customer orders.• Assist Production with buildouts.• Basic hardware assembly.• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.• Daily housekeeping tasks.• Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS• At least one (1) year of warehouse experience.• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well-organized.• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse groups.• Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Able to learn company ERP system.• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.• Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.• Team Player PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS• Employee is required to stand, walk, climb, sit, and use hands and fingers.• Ability to lift or move heavy products is required. Nothing more than 50lbs without a buddy.• Reaching, grasping, and carrying activities also required.• Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.CRIMINAL BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS - NO FELONIES, NO Theft, and Nothing Violent.
