Senior Payroll Specialist (Remote / DMV based candidates) Our client is a national organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support and stabilize its payroll function. This is a fully remote (DMV based candidates only) role with strong leadership support, excellent benefits, and long-term stability. The Role Own day-to-day payroll processing for a multi-state employee population Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution Partner closely with HR and Accounting leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions Contribute to process improvement and documentation as needed What They're Looking For Hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment Experience with a major payroll platform (ADP preferred) Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Professional communication style and steady execution Payroll certifications and advanced systems experience are a plus but not required.
