Farah & Farah is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the firm's financial strategy and oversee all accounting and finance operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will drive financial planning, profitability, and scalable growth while partnering across the organization to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the firm's financial strategy aligned with business objectives Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and tax oversight Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk Partner with HR on benefits strategy, 401k administration and workforce budgeting Collaborate with Facilities on budgeting, lease management, capital expenditures, and office expansion planning Work closely with IT/Operations to evaluate systems, improve financial and operational efficiency, and support technology investments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) Florida CPA required 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience Proven experience overseeing accounting teams and complex financial operations Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid Time off 401K Employer Paid Parking Employer Paid Short Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Onsite Professional Office Setting Equal Opportunity StatementFarah & Farah provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
