A Rochester GC is looking for Superintendents. Local work and full benefits (PTO, 401k, Medical, etc...) About Our Client This position is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the property industry. Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on the job site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams effectively. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specified standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
