THE JOB: As an Assistant Manager at Ginger (our Pan Asian restaurant), you won't just be running daily operations - you'll be leading from the front, shaping every guest interaction and inspiring our front-of-house team to deliver truly exceptional experiences. By connecting with each guest's unique story, you'll help turn ordinary visits into WOW moments. THE SCHEDULE: 7PM to 4AM (will vary based on the closing time). THE STARTING SALARY: $70K annually THE DAY-TO-DAY: Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage. Supervise dining room service during operational hours. Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records. Collaborate with the Chef regarding food service and menu plans. Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs. Order supplies and manage inventory effectively. Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments. Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred. VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: Pay Range: The pay range for this role is: $47,165.76 - $62,258.70 This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
