Manufacturing Technical Trainer

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to join a growing team supporting the advanced manufacturing industry. This role focuses on designing and delivering hands-on technical training for manufacturing teams, with a strong emphasis on PLC programming, automation systems, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist works on the production floor and in training labs to train new hires, upskill maintenance and engineering teams, and support equipment reliability and performance. They partner closely with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams to identify skill gaps, standardize best practices, and update training based on equipment changes or issues. The role also maintains training records, evaluates training effectiveness, and ensures all instruction aligns with safety and compliance requirements. This role can pay between 95-119K based on an evaluation of years of experience and education level.
